HSE Advisor


Location:
Antwerp, Flemish Region, Belgium


We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with a proven Track Record to be based on our Antwerp, Belgium.

Driving license and own transport required as the project is based on a remote location.

Long Term Position.

HSE qualifications needed (at least MVK or equivalent).


This role reporting to the site HSE Manager will see you supporting an exciting and complex project, whilst providing HSE system development and support to the wider Randridge Management System.

Salary will be in-line with qualifications and experience.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Randridge HSE Management System
  • You will play an Integral role in Transition to ISO 45001 Certification
  • Gather accurate HSE performance data from Randridge Projects to generate and identify performance trends
  • Ability to travel to Project Locations across Europe to support Site Teams
  • Assisting with HSE Governance through implementation of HSE Auditing
  • Able to function as a team member outside of HSE with a Business Minded Approach
  • Continually Improve our Management Systems to achieve Industry Best Practice

Essential Criteria for the Role:


  • Must be an Enthusiastic and Values Driven Team Player who can work within a Positive and Diverse Work Environment
  • Health and/or Safety Degree is essential
  • Health, Safety and Environmental related Graduates all encouraged to apply
  • An understanding of HSE systems is an advantage proficient in MS Excel / MS Word and other core systems
  • A passion for Health and Wellness and how it applies to an operational environment
  • An understanding of certification processes is beneficial inclusive of OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 900
  • Active Membership and Interest in Industry bodies such as IOSH
  • Ability to function in both a Corporate and Operational Environment
  • EU residency / Citizenship essential.
