Tasks & Responsabilities:

As a production operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating blending and filling machines to create powder or liquid products
Filling and labeling bottles with finished products
Tracking and recording product weights to ensure accuracy
Reading and interpreting packaging log sheets
Conducting daily audits of CCP charts to ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintaining metal detector charts and log sheets
Filing all productionrelated documents and ensuring their accuracy
Demonstrating strong work ethics and promoting teamwork among employees
Adhering to plant, OSHA, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Transferring finished products from the palletizing room to the warehouse
Scanning packaged products into the inventory management system
Inspecting all product packaging for defects
Performing any other projects as assigned

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Forklift and packaging experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, accept change, and be an active member in operating the department
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
The ability to ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and complete
A reliable work record that demonstrates value to previous organizations through service and responsibility
The ability to interact effectively with individuals, teams, supervisors, and management
Effective decisionmaking, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail in daily activities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
