As a

Recruitment Associate

you will play a crucial role in shaping our growing team and ensuring our continued success

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with our Managing Director and Competence Lead to understand staffing needs and objectives.

Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms.

Building and nurturing a network of freelance specialists and contractors.
***

Conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
***
Keeping a detailed record of your activities in our CRM system.
***
Providing support in the negotiation and onboarding process for new hires.
***
Assisting with HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
***
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You understand that consistency, hard and smart work will bring you the furthest.
