The future looks like you:

In this role you will be reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits - HR legal Europe.

Please note that this role is a 1 year fix-termed contract due to maternity cover.

Your responsibilities:

Serve as the legal point of contact for C&A HR teams and advises the HR team on legal matters such as employment, social security and pensions
Assist the team on workers' council negotiations
Manage employee disputes and litigation for leadership with or without the assistance of outside counsel, depending on the circumstances
Help drafting and negotiating employmentrelated agreements
Review and develop employee policies and procedures for the European group
Develop and conduct training to the HR community on new regulation, compliance topics, etc

What you bring:

You have 34 years of experience in an fastpaced international organization and a completed law degree
You are able to efficiently prioritize competing demands from many internal stakeholder
You possess effective clientcounseling skills plus strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
You have fluent written and oral communication skills in English and good language skills in either French or Dutch
