We are looking for a Product Manager Collaboration (Microsoft & O365) as part of the Digital Workplace and Service Desk Team.

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle (from the strategical change until the operational run) of your "products".

Your products will mainly be part of the Office365 suite, including Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Office 365 services to internal customers.

This includes managing the O365 team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring service quality and availability, driving the strategy and vision for the products within the Office365 suite.

Key responsibilities

People Management:
Manage the O365 team, currently consisting of 5 people, including:
Follow-up day-to-day activities
Providing coaching and development
Setting goals and objectives
Conducting performance evaluations
Define processes and procedures to increase efficiency and performance
Increase overall engagement within the team

Project Management:
Take up the role of Project Manager for the most important O365 projects
Focus of 2023 will be on the migration of Sharepoint2013 towards Sharepoint Online

Product Management:
Develop and execute an O365 product strategy / roadmap
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, including incident management, problem management, and change management
Lead and manage the delivery of Office 365 services to customers, ensuring service quality and availability
Monitor and report on service performance, and take corrective action as needed
Closely manage the relationships with our Microsoft O365 suppliers and partners (supplier management) and manage Microsoft licenses
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in service management to ensure services remain competitive

Profiel
Qualifications / Skills

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that combines following background & competences:7+ years of People Manager experience
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the O365 domain
5+ years of experience as Project Manager, ideally within the O365 domain

10+ years of experience as O365 expert:
Ideally a mix between functional and technical background
Ideally experience with both on prem and online, however the main focus will be O365 online
Competences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent people management skills
Can work independent / can take initiative
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Languages
Dutch, French and English is a must
