Your primary responsibilities will entail:
- Managing phone inquiries and electronic correspondence
- Collecting data and verifying its precision and entirety
- Delivering technical assistance and liaising with service centers
- Keeping customers and other stakeholders informed on updates
- Overseeing and managing agreements with all parties involved
- Monitoring all contractrelated matters and meeting the deadlines set forth.
Uw profiel
- Language: TURKISH, DUTCH AND ENGLISH
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres,...) is a plus
- No specific experience required
