    Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Groot Bijgaarden, Belgium. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

    Junior Supply Chain Coordinator – Future Talent Programme

    You will be assigned as a key operative contact assigned portfolio of customers, secure timely and accurate Customer order fulfilment throughout the Supply Chain, but also monitor operational performance and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities to automate & simplify.

    You will be based in Groot Bijgaarden - Belgium, but you will work in a global arena.

    What you will do


    As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be involved in the following activities to develop and strengthen your abilities towards:

    • Perform value added activities with direct impact to customers cost reductions, advance services or digital offering.
    • Perform forecasting process with the customer and Sales team
    • Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfill it
    • Ensures the integration of new customers and familiarizes them with the Tetra Pak ordering specific tools and services at their disposal
    • Secure Customer Supply Chain related information are up to date (Master Data)
    • Secure supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment with speed and accuracy: Order management, design administration, invoicing, logistics.
    • Respond to any operational request for specific documentation (certificates, specifications....)
    • Ensure Orders closed on time
    • Synergy with internal functions : planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service to secure smooth order handling always lead to increase productivity.
    • Participate in procees improvement teams to identify process and tools productivity opportunities(office pillar)
    • Support overall operational productivity

    Trough your rotation in Sales department, you will also be involved in the following activities:

    • Supporting the development and execution of Key Account plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer.
    • Supporting improved understanding of the customer's overall business (marketplace, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability and the across value chain).
    • Identifying customer needs and support opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and plans.
    • Supporting enhancement of customer brand equity/awareness, product innovation and channel/region expansion.

    We believe you have

    • Preferably a MSc diploma in Business Administration or other relevant area
    • Have strong communication skills
    • Motivation to help the business go forward and a will to support the customers
    • Result oriented mindset, structured, and thorough; you have the ability to maintain a high level of quality
    • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
    • Good commend in Dutch and English and itermediate level of French would be nice to have
