As part of its activities, the client is looking for a solution architect in the network domain for a big program for a minimum period of two years.

Part of the mission can be done by teleworking in consultation with the manager, but a minimum presence of two days per week on the Gosselies site is compulsory.

Additional days of presence on site may be requested from the consultant, depending on the needs of the service, on an ad hoc basis.

Possession of a driving license and a vehicle will be necessary for travel as the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport.

Travel to other sites is possible.

Description of the mission:
The consultant will strengthen the team of IT architects to fulfill the following objectives and responsibilities:

Main goals:

Offer IT solutions in the framing type phases
Respond to the needs expressed by the representatives of the various businesses of the client.
Respect the principles and standards established in the client by the IT department and by the enterprise architecture.
Integrate into the existing IT landscape
Supervise the projects in the implementation of the chosen solutions by:
Ensuring understanding and compliance with IT architecture requirements
Adjusting the architecture of the solution to changing needs and technical constraints
Supervise the maintenance and evolution of the architecture of IT solutions according to the same principles as for projects.

Responsibilities:

Study of solutions
Understand and assimilate the client's business as well as the corporate culture and objectives.
Understand and validate the requirements transcribed by the business analysts based on the needs of the applicants.
Master the client IT landscape and its organizational context.
Document the existing IT landscape within the scope of solution studies.
Master the methodologies.
