Responsibilities:


  • Review & negotiate customer terms & conditions for all areas of the business
  • Advise management on contract & legal issues
  • Address postexecution issues, contract disputes & negotiate to avoid litigation
  • Draft original agreements in a variety of areas like agency, engineering, supply chain, lease, consulting, constructions, IP, confidentiality & service agreements
  • Maintain database of NDA & master agreements
  • Assist in the drafting & implementation of policies & procedures
  • Coach & train teams on negotiation, contract & claim matters
  • Manage relationships with external Lawyers

Must Have:


  • Master's degree in Law from EU University
  • Around 2 to 5 years' experience as Legal Counsel or Lawyer
  • In Contract & Commercial Law
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomy, good planning & organisation skills
  • Strong ability to liaise effectively with & build bridges between departments
  • Strong customer focus, ability to find 'nononsense' solutions
  • Intellectual curiosity & maturity to deal with complex legal cases

Nice to have:


  • French, Spanish or German knowledge
  • Experience in international industrial environment
  • Experience with EPC/Construction contracts
