As a Technical Writer at Inimco, you:
- Create exceptional documentation, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, installation/configuration instructions and system operations.
- Understand available Enterprise APIs, document it for publishing to external partners/consumers development portals.
- Research, write, edit and revise content that is both engaging and accessible to user personas with both nontechnical and technical backgrounds.
- Provide insight to resolving problems and ensure documentation is accurate and consistent.
- Collaborate with internal teams
Desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in experience in English, Communication, Journalism, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or Teaching
- Experience in technical writing.
- Strong communications skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non
- Experiencing with coding languages
- Experience with documentation publishing software.
- Preferred: Prior experience working within IT Development/ SaaS
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for technology and learning software products
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
