Functie
As Management Assistant for the Program Management Office Team (PMO), you will have broad responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Program Management and the PMO Team
- Preparing files and reports for customer presentations
- Creating, transcribing, and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Assisting in set up and Efiling of proposals, documentation,
- Followup of agendas, absences, reservations of meeting rooms
- Preparing meeting rooms for the external visitors of the PMO Team
- Backup for reception together with other secretaries in case of absence of the receptionist
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor Secretary or equivalent by experience
- Preferably 25 years of experience in a secretary position
- Languages: Dutch (excellent), English (very good), French (good)
- MS Office: (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Discrete with confidential information
- Proactive and handson
- Communicative teamplayer
- Good planning and organization skills
- Customer minded & flexible
