This is a CE role, and your main office will be either in
France,
Belgium or the Netherlands.
- **- **- **- **- **- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, clarify job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Qualifications:

You have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally in an international, complex environment.
You have excellent interpersonal expertise in writing and verbal communication. Strong networking skills.
You are proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
You are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
You can thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
You have a thorough understanding and executing of employer branding principles and strategies.
You can think out of the box and find solutions that drive results, also when facing adversity or delays.
You are a selfstarter taking ownership of goals and objectives.
You are proficient in English (written and spoken), and one of the following languages: French, Dutch or German.
