Master Production & Detailed Scheduler for JSC Beerse Fill-Finish Manufacturing Organization

Job Description:

Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., part of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is seeking a master production & detailed scheduler for the Beerse site. The role involves creating an optimal Production Plan to ensure top-notch service for our patients within a dynamic business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Capacity Planning

Running a capacity-constrained master production schedule (MPS) to balance Customer & Production needs
Performing site/portfolio Capacity Planning and MPS
Reviewing and optimizing MPS, running scenarios as necessary

Short-term and Long-term Site Constraint Management

Managing the Planning frozen horizon of production activities
Maintaining material inventories and optimizing customer service

Detailed Scheduling

Optimizing production schedules in line with customer demand and capacity
Validating schedules against material constraints

Other

Providing Production Planning inputs into S&OP process
Participating in new product launch meetings
Executing planning activities for product phase-ins and phase-outs

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Experiences

Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
0-5 years of related experience
Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) preferred
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable
