The team:

AlphaCredit is looking for a
Product Owner Digital Customer Journey to join our Benelux team in our offices in Brussels.

The Squad Digital Customer Journey is
part of the MyMobility Tribe that covers the automotive business (loans, leasing and wholesales) in the Benelux.

The Product Owner Digital Customer Journey is entitled to drive an agile squad of about 8 Developers and reports to the Tribe Lead.

What is my mission?

As Product Owner of the Squad Digital Customer Journey, which is responsible for the built of a Hybrid Customer Journey and for the improvement of operational processes and tools.

Your mission is to ensure that the Customer/Employee/Partners value of the Product is steadily, frequently, and sustainably maximized.

Your Function:

I am responsible for managing the Product backlog of the Squad (Features/Stories):

I adapt it depending on the Product Vision given by my Tribe Lead, which means I must anticipate Customer needs and Market evolutions so that we make the difference in time;
I create the User Stories / Features and challenge these ones with the Squad until everyone understands what must be delivered to do it right and fast in collaboration with the Scrum Master and the members of the Squad ;
I make the cut in Product Prioritization, by ranking Stories/Features in the backlog for the next Sprints adopting a valuebased prioritization method, to cover build & run needs;
I test the implementation of the Stories/Features for their Product Release, ensuring that delivery is viable from a Customer acceptance perspective;
I actively participate in the Life and the Ceremonies of the Teams I belong to (my Squad, Tribe), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles.

Who am I interacting with?:

As a Product Owner, I belong to my Squad, and I interact with other teams to develop both our Products and our Expertise:
In the Squad, I work daily with Designers, Engineers and Experts in order to build the Product we are collectively accountable for;
In the Tribe, I work especially with the Tribe Lead, in order to provide him/her with the information needed to establish the Tribe Vision;
In the Tribe, I work daily with the other POs in order to coordinate from an endtoend Feature perspective;
I can also work with Colleagues to join the same Communities of practices.

Your Profile:

You have knowledge of the automotive sector
You have knowledge on (digital) customer journeys
You are familiar with an Agile Way of Working
You are creative & innovative
Problem solving oriented
You are able to take decision and explain, support change
You have the ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
You are a strong partner and can adapt easily
You are fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
