Job Summary:

Medpace Reference Laboratories (MRL) is a full service central clinical trial laboratory offering project management, laboratory services, data management, logistics, and sample management and archiving capabilities, and quality assurance.

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based MRL Project Assistant to join our MRL Project Management team.

This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. If you want an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry, filing, and copying;
Provide departmental support to managers by maintaining equipment maintenance spreadsheets and reports;
Track, process, and organize various documents, supplies, shipments, samples, invoices,transactions and communications, as necessary;

Qualifications:

High school diploma and some relevant professional experience;
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
Knowledge and organizational skills to perform daytoday departmental support activities;
Fluent in Dutch and English.
