Process Improvement Manager for a permanent position based in Groot-Bijgaarden.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the
real estate sector.

As
Process Improvement Manager you will be
responsible for:

  • You facilitate with the head of PMO and Director of Transformation the monthly meeting;
  • You ensure the preparation of the monthly meetings;
  • You collect all new demands for change and initiate the review meetings;
  • You guide the business owners in the preparation of the business case;
  • You collaborate closely with all the various support departments at the European Support Center, as well as the country based management teams;
  • You support the execution/integration of changes in the company;
  • You manage partnerships with external partners if necessary;
  • You support the preparation of budgets;
  • You have a strategic and operational mindset. You will simplify and explain complex issues to a range of audiences;
  • You will identify and implement effective systems to monitor performance;
  • You have the ability to develop and encourage innovative ideas to drive improvements;
  • You can interpret data, derive potential business scenarios and propose improvements;
  • You will as an excellent storyteller, make company presentations for internal and external use;
  • You will support project managers;
  • You will help to expand project management standard across the organization;
  • You contribute to European projects: systems, maintenance of policies and procedures.
The required
profile for the
Process Improvement Manager position:

  • You translate the company strategy or a given strategic direction to different teams in the organization;
  • You act as a change agent, "selling" and implementing change effectively;
  • You actively seek opportunities for selfdevelopment and learning;
  • You proactively look for ways to increase customer satisfaction, and ensure a customer oriented attitude in the team;
  • You show awareness of and commitment to business performance targets in own job;
  • You show market and business awareness in own work/own immediate area;
  • You promote cooperation within own team and between teams, and act as an example of effective teamwork;
  • You effectively influence others and gain collaboration by persuasive twoway communications;
  • You prioritize own and team's work, are decisive and take initiative beyond call of duty;
  • You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience;
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience and management experience;
  • Background in Management consulting is a plus;
  • You have relevant experience with project management and tools;
  • You are a change manager with a cando mentality;
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and verbally. Any other European language skills are considered as a plus;
