Our client, a prominent figure in the fast-food industry, is currently seeking a motivated Junior Payroll Officer to join their team in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

Process employment contracts daily for restaurants, liaising with managers.

Manage employees with work permits and handle Activa and Impulsion requests.

Administer parental leave, time credit requests, etc.

Support Payroll Officers in administrative tasks from hiring to departure.

Manage CCT 32 bis procedures.

Assist HR department head when needed.

Handle monthly advances and fully manage monthly payroll for one company.

Oversee vehicle fleet and manage mobility budget.

Administer various extralegal benefits.

Ideal Profile:

Interest and experience in administrative tasks.

Fluent in Dutch with basic French.

Assertiveness and adherence to procedures.

Ability to work accurately under pressure.

Team player with contributions to an experienced team.
