Missions essentielles

As a Project Manager Energy, you report to the Group Energy Optimization Manager.

Your tasks include:
Defining the Technical Request For Quotation packages for the different tendering packages of the projects.
Managing strategic energy (synergy/sustainability) projects via project installation managers to be On Time and On Budget and Within scope.
Sharing project management best practices and provide project management training across the regions
Writing out specifications/URS for equipment/services (Heat exchangers, automation, piping, etc.), with guidance of your manager.
Facilitating an objective comparison of several suppliers bidding for a certain scope of the project
Executing projects from feasibility/concept stage to full operation & do a proper handover to the site team
Following a structured approach & document projects (project brief, planning, Gantt chart, Capex follow up).
Give the business/stakeholders on a timely basis a structured update of the projects you manage
Assist sites/Group Energy Optimisation Manager in the preparation of business cases for strategic energy & sustainability Projects

- follow-up on implementation of synergy/sustainability projects via installation manager(s). If required you are the temporary back-up of one of the installation managers of your project.

Maintain business relationships with key suppliers & contractors to leverage any future potential cooperation
Sharing best project management practices across sites/regions
Assist & follow up with the rollout & handover of strategic projects to site teams via post capex audit process
Provide project management awareness training where appropriate

Profil / Compétences requises Master recherché

You are an experienced engineer with a knowledge of thermodynamics, hydraulics and recognised project management skills.
You have a proven experience in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects
You have project management experience
You have a passion for energy
You have experience working with Autocad
