    Pour notre département International Employment Consulting, recherchons un Consultant avec un intérêt pour les emplois internationaux et les conseils juridiques y afférents (détachement, salary split, statut d'expatrié, emploi simultané dans différents pays, emploi local,...). Des notions de fiscalité dans un contexte international sont un plus mais ne sont pas indispensables.
    Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique de 5 consultants (3 juristes et 2 fiscalistes) qui accompagnent nos clients de manière pragmatique dans la mise en œuvre de législations internationales complexes (jusqu'à la mise en œuvre de la paie).
    Nous travaillons depuis nos bureaux de Drongen, Bruxelles, Berchem et Hasselt. Un travail modulable et un télétravail partiel sont possibles.

    Contenu de la fonction

    En étroite collaboration avec vos collègues, vous aurez principalement les tâches suivantes :

    • Donner des conseils sur la législation applicable (fiscalité, sécurité sociale, droit du travail, droit de séjour) dans les situations d'emploi internationales ;
    • Rédiger des contrats de travail, des accords de détachement et des avenants pour les situations d'emploi transfrontalières et internationales ;
    • Aider les clients à mettre en place un système de paie correct dans le cadre d'un emploi transfrontalier/international.
    • Demande de permis unique - formalités A1 et Limosa
    • Assistance aux clients pour les formalités administratives
    • Contribuer et assurer des formations sur l'emploi international, tant en interne qu'en externe.

    Votre profil

    Nous recherchons un(e) collègue qui :

    • Est de préférence titulaire d'une maîtrise en droit
    • A 4 à 5 ans d'expérience
    • S'exprime couramment en français et en anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un plus
    • Aime travailler en équipe/tandem
    • Flexibilité et esprit d'entreprise ("gènes de consultant")
    • N'a pas peur des chiffres
    • Ouvert à l'apprentissage continu (Learning mindset)
    • Communique couramment et aime échanger avec les clients
    • A des connaissances initiales déjà acquises en ce qui concerne les aperçus salariaux pour les expatriés, les splits, le shadow payroll
