Then you could be the Operational Excellence Manager we are looking for

JE TAKENPAKKET:

You are in the driving seat to steer the direction of the factory with its most important stakeholders.
You support the overall operations with structural improvements and help transform the plant into a lean production environment.
You define various projects with stakeholders, set milestones, coordinate and lead them until implementation and handover.
You will need to combine all different business aspects (financial, production,) in order to create insights and define the most important focus points and their related action plan.
You develop organizational capabilities in lean and operational excellence, support and coach the business functions.
You design and implement change management plans that maximize employee engagement. You create a culture of continuous improvement.
You coach different departments to streamline information flow and problem solving. You determine the right KPI's, set ambitious targets and meet them.
You closely work together with the local Production Manager and report to the local General Manager.
