As Strategy Integration Director you will report to the Europe Strategy Vice-President and you will be a member of both our Europe Strategy Leadership Team as well as the Northern Europe (NE) Franchise Team.

You will work in close collaboration with various NE-based teams, with the Europe Operating Unit (OU) Strategy teams, as well as with our bottling partner Coca-Cola Europacific Partners France (CCEP).


As a Strategy Integration Director, you will actively contribute to achieve the Europe Operating Unit (OU) strategy and goals in Northern Europe while supporting the overall Europe/Global goals.

You will specifically be responsible for
- partnering with the NE General Manager to deliver the Business Plan;
- driving the longer term strategic direction through our Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) as well as joint-planning with our bottling partners;
- identifying, connecting and communicating truly game-changing market and business insights to enable impactful strategies with our Consumers, Customers and Stakeholders. You will demonstrate your great leadership skills as well as your willingness to make a difference in every aspect but most importantly when leading your local team members.


What specifically is this role about?

  • Use a factbased, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leadingedge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers
  • Identifying and leading strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with local teams and Central functions
  • Collaborating with the local team and our Commercial Function to adjust the execution strategy
  • Partnering with the NE Leadership Team to lead the endtoend alignment process with our Bottler
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas (CCEP)
  • Multiple toplevel interactions and negotiations with senior management team members of The Coca-Cola System

What we are looking for:


  • Extensive Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas
  • Proven trajectory as leader of leaders and influencing a senior leadership team
  • People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
  • Must be mastered in the development of actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level
  • Proven ability to manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders
  • Role model the "Leadership in the Network" definition
  • Strong negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build valuebased relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essential
  • Proven ability to write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging
  • Fluency in English written and spoken language
  • Travel requirements: 25%
