As Compliance Officer, you will ensure that air traffic control is compliant with all national, European and international regulations and that operational manuals are always up-to-date.

What does a skeyes Compliance Officer do?

You help monitor new developments concerning all relevant regulations.
You advise on the implementation of all relevant regulations and help monitor compliance.
You also give advice on the implementation of new procedures.

- to get everyone on board, you also support the training program.

You are responsible for the smooth organisation and successful conduct of audits, as well as the active followup of the corrective action plans drawn up.
You contribute to the overall quality management within skeyes.
You support the publication and distribution of the operational manuals.

What makes you the perfect Compliance Officer?
- you hold at least a bachelor's degree.
- you have several years of work experience:

in the compliance domain, or

- in managing a quality system, or
- in reading and analysing regulations
- affinity with the aviation sector is a plus.
- you translate legislation into practical implementation within skeyes.
- you speak and write very good English as well as Dutch and/or French.
- you are analytical and think critically and solution-oriented.
- you have a great sense of responsibility and can work autonomously.
- you are pragmatic, accurate and have an eye for detail.
- you have a good knowledge of MS Office tools and Sharepoint.
