Telecom sector.

The responsibilities for this position as
Customer Service Officer (M/F/X) are:

Works closely with the local sales force to understand and capture customer context and needs (environment, competition, decision making process, key decision makers...)
Identifies specifications and product solutions (technical & commercial including delivery conditions)
Supports partners with product technical information
Works with the local sales team to set prices and margins according to sales guidelines
Prepares and issue quotations in respect of bid processes and approval rules
Follows customer decision making process with the local sales team
Manages the interface with local Sales Representative (KAM if relevant) to maximise opportunities
Exchanges customer and market data
Checks conformity with defined processes (RFQ, order, follow up, sign off procedures...)
Follows result and update commercial data base (opportunities, quotations, activities, sales forecast,...)

The required qualifications for this position as a
Customer Service Officer (M/F/X) are:

Bachelor degree
Language : fluent in Dutch, English. French is a plus.
Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Outlook
Team player, socially skilled and creative who likes working in an international environment
Pragmatic, problemsolving and looking for continuous improvements.
