Brady's Purchasing Team is responsible for securing product availability for our customers at the expected time and
at the lowest cost for the organization.
To support our team, we are looking for a Purchasing Professional who will be responsible for a specific supplier
group.

About the job:

1 You will handle the entire purchasing process for your group of suppliers from order creation to delivery.

This includes:
timely conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, follow up of the open
- orders, responding to customer service requests, finding solutions for delivery issues,

You will follow up on supplier performance by monitoring the quality, delivery performance, delivery lead

times and price levels (as per the supplier evaluation procedure).- 2to obtain long term solutions- 3- You will ensure that performance indicators are met: on time delivery, quality, lead time, master data

accuracy,- 4- You will be part of a team of 8 buyers and will back up colleagues when required

You will report to the Purchasing Team leader.

Experience, skills and competencies:

You have experience in purchasing.

You have the maturity to take ownership of the supplier group assigned to you.

You are well organized and details do not escape you.

You are internationally oriented and speak English and Dutch.

You are a real team player and flexible.

Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus

Last, but not least, you enjoy picking up the phone in order to get things done from your suppliers.
