Key activities & responsibilities:


  • Ensure kits are being processed according to agreed procedure
  • Maintain proper documentation in accordance with Stryker procedures
  • Cleaning of kits and loaners
  • Replenishment of kits
  • Making sure items are put to pending ensuring invoicing can be performed
  • Maintain good condition in Kit room, kits and related areas
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Expiry/sterile expirations date checks
  • Cycle counting of kits
  • Preparation and dispatch of kits
  • Communication on deviations
  • Acceptance of returned kits
  • Kit handling check condition, shipment material, cleaning routine and documents
  • Return Short Time Consignment stock
  • Acceptance of returns to free stock
  • Actively participate in 5S/LEAN activities and maintain 5S Standards
  • Sending and returning kits
  • Act on Product Hold

What you will you need:


  • Fluency in English is mandatory fluency in French language is a plus
  • Be a team player to ensure that KPI's and other objectives are reached in time
  • Be qualityfocused and attentive to details
  • Has a proactive and independent personality, ability to manage their own workload and prioritize appropriately
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience 5+ years in a similar position
