As a medior process expert, your responsibilities will include:

You coordinate technical support process optimizations from start to finish, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy. Your focus lies on enhancing customer friendliness and digitalization, streamlining procedures for operational departments, and equipping them with the necessary tools to deliver efficient technical support for our products. When needed, you'll critically assess the existing support model and propose changes to ensure greater consistency and alignment within processes.
You identify improvement opportunities stemming from specific pain points, benefitting both our customers and operational services. As the primary point of contact for our operational support teams, you'll lead efforts to enhance their processes. This involves collaborating with other divisions, including product managers and IT developers, to implement and prioritize improvement projects.
You represent the interests of operational departments in tribes, squads, or project/program teams, maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders. You validate positions and decisions in consultation with internal contacts and develop project requirements based on their input. You assemble and engage a virtual team of staff and field contacts throughout different project phases.
You contribute business case insights by working with the Capacity team to estimate the operational impact of your proposals, and you advocate for your ideas when presenting them to management.
You engage operational teams in discussions about your proposals and ensure their involvement throughout the entire implementation phase.
