**Position Summary**

In concert with Catalent's Patient First philosophy, the position of Sr Finance Manager is key role in our effort towards continuous improvement of processes, which will allow quality drug products to reach patients safely and efficiently.

**The Role**
- Partner with Business Development in the review of new contract and contract amendments
- Partner with the site PM function and Corporate Controllership as regards revenue recognition and the related reporting requirements
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of the pass-through revenue and COGS, including inventory accounting
- Supervise day-to day finance operations and oversee preparation of the consolidated financial statements in US GAAP
- Lead periodic project revenue forecasts based on contractual agreements in collaboration with PM function and Commercial Operations
- Prepare periodic financial statements, providing commentary on the variances between the forecast and actuals for the period
- Actively participate in the annual strategic plan, budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including CAPEX planning
- Develop and maintain a strong internal controls environment to comply with the Sarban Oxley Act and to safeguard company's assets
- Support the annual internal and external audit processes including Belgium statutory accounts preparation
- Support the coordination & implementation of Group's Finance policies & procedures

People management
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of direct reports
- Ensure individual development plan of the team members is in place and followed
- Master's degree in finance or accounting
- 10+ years total experience
- 4+ years background in audit/advisory (Big four preferred)
- Public/listed company experience
- Strong workiing knowledge of local GAAP, US GAAP (or IFRS) including experience with IFRS15 and ASC606
- Strong tax skills
- Speak fluently English and French
- Is dynamic, proactive, autonomous, stress resistant, solution and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
