Make your mark for patients
To strengthen our Product Strategy and industrial Impl. team, we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated, CMC Technical Documentation Solution Expert based in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium

You like to work in an environment where you will:

  • Act as process owner for our CMC technical document mgt activities, including impact analysis of technical solution changes.
  • Take care of the strategic implementation of UCB's Knowledge Management processes, ensuring that a proper governance and training is put in place and followed by the different stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop knowledge management opportunities to support and evolve our CMC technical document mgt expertise
Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • You are customer orientated and have the ability to work well with colleagues within and outside the entity
  • You have the ability to work in networks and matrix organization
  • You have a good working knowledge of MS offices tools
  • You have a knowledge of eCMS systems especially quality documents (Controlled Documents)
  • You are technical savvy in IT and digital media
  • You have the ability to work accurately and consistently (detailed and results oriented)
  • You have a good knowledge of regulations applicable to the entity
  • You have a good knowledge of Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practices
  • You have the ability to analyze complex situation or scenario to predict opportunities
  • You have operations Management skills: ability to prioritize daily operations, ad hoc requests and manage multiple activities in parallel
  • You have high quality interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both French & English
  • You have the ability to define and communicate visionary changes of KM landscape
  • You have a good understanding of key digital elements: data, statistics and modeling, computerization
  • You have the ability to deal with uncertainty: adapt to a rapidly changing environment as well as technological evolution.
