You now have an opportunity to use your analytical skills to support the experience development and quality management of 700+ hotels, positively improving the experience of millions of guests globally though the traineeship offered in our Global Guest Experience & Quality Management team.


DURATION:6 months


THE JOB:


As a trainee in Global Guest Experience & Quality Management, your main responsibilities are to understand the structure of the business data sources, look through the numbers, and deliver meaningful insights for a wide variety of experience and quality projects on the Global level.

The end goals are to ensure hotel quality, leverage brand equity, drive awareness and increase the efficiencies of marketing spend.


Besides the main focus on data management and analytics, you also have the opportunities to participate in other brand, experience & quality projects that will help develop your communication, project management and presentation skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collect, process, analyze and present actionable insights from different data sources, mainly Voice of guest (online reviews & surveys), to identify optimal experience proposition or rooms for quality improvement.
  • Curate and visualize brand performance and quality data for recurrent and adhoc reports.
  • Onboard and support hotels with the Voice of Guest Management tools.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, maintain databases/data systems & data accuracy.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, including proposing models to categorize hotels' quality performance.
  • Manage hotels' quality KPI monthly performance and yearend achievement reports.
  • Work closely with the BI and data team to maintain or develop relevant BI dashboards for where departmentrelated data is showcases across the organization.
  • Manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders, followup and for ensuring delivery dates are met.

A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE:


  • Has to be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship. Ideally has a background in computer science, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Has strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for working with data.
  • Is a Microsoft Office expert user (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Has experience in any programing language such as SQL, Python, or R optional but highly valued.
  • Is experienced or comfortable working with data visualization tools (Power BI) optional but highly valued.
  • Is flexible, proactive and has a cando attitude.
  • Is customeroriented and is interested in the hospitality industry.
  • Is a team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different (internal and external) stakeholders at all levels.
