Job Description:


  • As part of a team of 8 people, you will be responsible for the payroll of our 2,500 employees (Belgium and Luxembourg). This involves transparent recording, efficient control and correct transmission of all payrollrelated information, in accordance with legal requirements, instructions and company policy. You will be working with SD Worx's eBlox software.
  • You will be responsible for the administrative management of personnel files, ensuring that they are drawn up and archived correctly. You manage the contracts of new employees, internal career changers and leavers.
  • To do this, you work closely with store operations managers, human resources managers and regional managers, providing them with your knowledge of social legislation and personnel administration.
  • You regularly check that all your instructions are being followed in your stores. For example, you check personnel files, instore planning and communication with staff members.
  • You will be responsible to drive projects related to the improvement of our processes.

Qualifications:

You have previous relevant experience as a Payroll Officer.

You have at least 5 years' experience in Belgian social legislation. Knowledge of Luxembourg legislation is an asset.

You are service-oriented and work meticulously. For you, change is a challenge rather than a problem.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy implementing and optimizing projects.

You have a good Excel knowledge

You are discreet, have integrity and work well in a team.


Your are fluent in French and/or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the second national language) and you have an advanced knowledge of English.

Knowledge of the retail sector and the use of a planning tool are assets.
