- Installation and configuration of PC, Mac and mobile devices hardware
- Installation and configuration of software components in the PC, Mac configuration or mobile devices
- Administration of the local environment, directly related to the PC or mobile devices environment
- Participating in defining and documenting configuration of the PC or mobile devices environment
- Documenting operational support procedure
- Drafting technical content for knowledge database
- Security administration and monitoring. This task includes antivirus protection.
- Software asset management
- Licence management
- Experience in programming languages and scripting like Powershell and VB script
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in both English/French both written and oral
- Very good communication skills
