For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer with a strong willingness to learn and achieve incredible goals with intoPIX as a team.

As a Business Development Manager, your mission will be to convert as many prospects as possible into clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling technical products: You will spend a significant part of your day meeting potential clients (through calls, video conferences, and travel), explaining product features, presenting and demonstrating new products, and determining which products meet each client's needs. You will complete sales proposals, prepare sales documents, and negotiate contract terms. Additionally, you will follow up on postsales accounts, manage ongoing business, and create new opportunities.
  • Developing sales: You will seek to expand intoPIX's sales territory. This includes building relationships with prospects and clients, conducting frequent visits to client sites to ensure product effectiveness, and meeting with potential clients to discuss current and upcoming products. You will actively conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure business expansion in the assigned sector.
  • Participating in trade shows, seminars, and conferences: You will be the face of intoPIX, engaging with stakeholders to discuss product development. You will also attend training seminars and industry conferences to stay informed about industry trends and sales techniques, as well as to network with other business developers and engineers.

Your profile:

  • 5 or more years of experience in sales/business development roles
  • Experience selling highvalue technical solutions
  • Knowledge of software/IP licensing or semiconductors is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to stay composed and think clearly in unexpected situations
  • Engineering or business engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages such as French (internal), German, Chinese, or Japanese are a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a drive to succeed. Commercial mindset, passionate about technology
  • Openness to regular travel
  • There is no requirement to be present at the company's office three days a week to connect with the team and facilitate integration.
Skills you will learn if you don't already possess them:

  • Knowledge of broadcast, professional video, automotive, industrial vision, and semiconductor markets (FPGA, ASIC, SoC)
  • Understanding of video and image processing technologies
