What You'll Do:


  • Design, implement, and support the network and security infrastructure within agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective servicing of products, providing leadership through coaching and motivation.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of specific Technology Products essential for supporting and enabling Etex business.
  • Work closely with the global Technology Team, primarily engaging with our service provider, business, and other team members.
  • Participate in the official escalation process as outlined in the escalation matrix for the designated product area.

What You'll Bring:


  • Expertise in Network & Security with a focus on Fortinet Firewalls.
  • Proven experience in secure network architecture, IT/OT convergence, and external service provider management.
  • Skill in developing and maintaining security policies aligned with industry standards.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing WAN, LAN, Wireless, and IT-OT convergence.
  • Strong understanding of VPNs, ZTNA concepts, and commitment to uptodate documentation.
  • Structured thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication translating technical details in a simple manner
  • Influential interpersonal skills for team collaboration and continuous service improvement.
  • High performance standards, a "can do" attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player.
