Decathlon transitioned into a marketplace in 13 European countries two years ago. As we continually progress and professionalize, we are in need of a CRM Manager to support our growth.

The CRM manager will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.

Choosing the CRM platform

Proposing a budget

Implementing the CRM into our IT infrastructure

Training teams

Planning

Managing the CRM tool through continuous improvements

Maintaining the database

Identifying pain points and areas of underperformance

Generating KPI reports

Developing platform strategy to increase client and user satisfaction

The CRM manager will be part of the seller management team, a European scope. Your English should be excellent.

The CRM Manager needs technical, social, and strategic skills for both customer relations and overall project performance.

Additionally, they must anticipate changes and adapt to shifts in customer behavior through in-depth needs analysis.


Within the project, the CRM Manager plays a role in guiding teams through the use of customer relationship tools and fostering a supportive environment for change.

Having good interpersonal skills and understanding the business landscape are crucial qualities.


The CRM Manager has specific goals to achieve and should be able to communicate them effectively to the whole environment.
