Context:

Bank Degroof Petercam is a leader in Belgium for Stock Options and Incentives Plans (SOIP) for numerous Belgian companies. Stock options-based compensation allow companies to manage efficiently employees' variable remuneration. All our solutions comply with the regulations of Belgian tax law.

Our services include comprehensive management of financial aspects such as issue, purchase and option valuations, structuring, tax aspects, and the associated software.

To continue our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a Key Account Manager.


Your Position:

As a Key Account Manager for SOIP, you will be in charge of:

  • Proactive management of client portfolio;
  • Permanent contact with existing corporate clients in order to profile Bank Degroof Petercam further as a reference in SOIP solutions;
  • Pricing Options & Incentives Plans;
  • Collaboration with other department (Risk Management, Credit, Operations, Compliance );
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Finance and Wealth Management;
  • Launch of Plans;
  • Selling and structuring investment products;
  • Negotiating and valuation: prepricing, negotiations with professional counterparties, creditlimit optimization.

Your Profile:


  • Master degree;
  • Strong sales skills with an interest in financial and derivatives products;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience;
  • Good networking and communication skills;
  • Understanding of SOIP and/or experience and negotiation with professional counterparts is an asset;
  • Result driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines;
  • An ability to work independently or as part of a wider team, team player being a prerequisite;
  • Fluent in Dutch, with an active knowledge of French and English.
