The Learning Representative position takes on a key role in ensuring adherence to the site technical learning process within his/her area (process, unit, department, ).

As a Learning Representative you are responsible for operational effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of the technical learning process within your area, thus making sure the necessary technical learning processes are implemented & applied correctly.

As a Learning Representative you are on top of your areas learning needs and you lay the groundwork for confident/competent task execution by Puurs employees.

This position works very closely with the site L&D Department, Leadership positions, Process Owners & Business System Owners. Assessing learning needs and defining learning solutions are keywords when defining this role.
