Rôles & Responsabilités:

DynaFin, a leading financial consultancy firm, is currently seeking a skilled Data Risk Manager to lead projects from inception to deployment.

This pivotal role involves ensuring the implementation of Responsible AI and get ready for the new AI Act.

Your Missions:

Data Risk Management: Develop a comprehensive risk management framework that addresses four key topics: model risk, IT risk, privacy risk, and ethical risk.
Risk Governance Implementation: Develop a comprehensive risk management framework that addresses these risks and provides guidance on how to mitigate them.
Analysis Production: Conduct a thorough analysis of the risks associated with AI development and deployment, with a focus on model risk, IT risk, privacy risk, and ethical risk.
Project Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the risk management framework is properly implemented and integrated into the organization's processes and procedures. Monitor the effectiveness of the risk management framework and adjust as needed to ensure that risks are properly managed.

Profil:

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in data science or risk project management (preferably in complex organizations and in the financial industry).
You have an extensive experience in risk management, with a focus on AIrelated risks. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks Strong understanding of AI development and deployment, including the risks associated with model development, IT infrastructure, data privacy, and ethical considerations.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data science model risk

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to stay up to date with regulatory developments
Cando attitude and are always willing to find solutions and new ways to improve.
Accurate and with a structured and wellorganized approach.
Resilience and drive in order to move forward with assignments
