Scope of the position:


The HR office & Program manager is responsible for carrying out and implementing the key HR projects, as well as managing the resulting change for the organization and its employees.


  • The main objectives are:
  • Develop, and implement together with the CHRO and HR MT, the HR strategy for DegroofPetercam
  • Ensure Program and Project management of (Key) HR projects
  • Maximize the impacts of the projects on the organization and the company culture
  • The HR office & Program manager responsibilities include:
  • Support HRD and HRMT to Build an HR strategy, taking into account the impact on the organization Build relations with key business stakeholders on all levels, acting as an advisor on their multiple HR related projects.
  • Setting up a global HR program and project governance.
  • Supporting HRD in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement across Human Resources in Bank DegroofPetercam and help to address them appropriately.
  • Lead HR key strategic projects
  • Plan projects, including timelines, resources, milestones,
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, to budget and meet expectations
  • Define concrete key performance indicators and measure the project's progress towards the defined goals
  • Communicate on project's progress
  • Followup of the budget
  • Develop the vision, goals, supporting initiatives and delivery plan for the projects he is leading.
  • Track and manage dependencies across projects and daily operational processes.
  • Identify and manage issues related to the delivery of your projects.
  • Ensure frequent, clear communication of the project plans and progress to the company leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge and expertise in program management with the rest of the organization.
  • Act as a SPOC and coordinator for regulatory requests (RSCA, Audit,)
  • Stay ahead of HR (technical)l evolutions and evaluate the possible value for HR
  • Gather and interpret HR keyfigures
  • Create and assist in the preparation of Key HR presentations ( for unions, Board,..)
  • Install and guarantee HR MT meeting governance (Agenda, notes, action points,)
  • Lead, manage and followup the HR Budget
  • Coordinate and consolidate HR transversal topics in order to ensure the implementation in collaboration with the centers of excellence and the business partners
  • Developing change management strategies and plans for key HR projects having an impact on employees or company culture

This includes:

  • Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change
  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Together with the team in charge of communication, elaborate a communication plan

Requested profile:

The HR office & Program manager needs to have a mix of technical and soft skills, such as:

  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools. Deep experience of delivering business change into operational environments
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good listening and communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge about agile methodology.
  • Project management and planning skills.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Good problemsolving skills.
  • Team player & able to collaborate with others.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR professional
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Technical affinity with HR systems is an advantage
