If yes, the opportunity is now We are seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to help expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice as from the 26th of August 2024.

Your key responsibilities

Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
Prepare and execute test scenarios
Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures

Your Profile

You have:

A master's or bachelor's degree in HR, business or IT
Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,

Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),

Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 1520%

Ideally, you'll be willing to:

Get certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
Be involved in endtoend implementation of your core module
