Mission:

We need to provide a contractor for the Senior Business Analyst profile to work in Cross Functional Business Analysis team.

Responsabilities:

Analysis and specification of complex safety critical systems
Using software configuration and change management processes and tools
Frameworks/best practices
OO design and development techniques
Data modelling, objectoriented technology, SOA

Required qualifications, experience & knowledge

Completed university studies (Bachelor Degree) or higher in Software Engineering or the equivalent through relevant professional experience and professional training
A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience to carry out the described tasks
Solid experience in Requirement Management process and tools
Experience in analysis and specification of complex safety critical systems
Experience in using software configuration and change management processes and tools
Experience with OO design and development techniques
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of data modelling, objectoriented technology, SOA
Knowledge of the Network Manager business
Exposure to frameworks/best practices such as BABOK or INOSE
Modelling experience such as Use Cases, UML or ArchiMate

Required skills and abilities

Language: English at level C1. Proficiency is mandatory

Technical writing skills (English):

Demonstrated history in writing requirements
Ability to document the business and user requirements
Ability to produce unambiguous, detailed testable requirements
Ability to write/contribute to design documents
Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure. Stress resistant, autonomy, sense of initiative
Customer driven and quality oriented: endtoend commitment, focused and persistent
Communication: ability to foster twoway communication, very good listening and communication skills
