Support the M&A team in divestment and acquisition projects.
Build financial modelling and perform financial analysis.
Coordination of interactions between internal and external stakeholders.


Required Responsibilities:

  • Collect data and structure information in view of preparing M&A files
  • Challenges input / data and ensure information consistency
  • Prepare templates to report information in a concise way
  • Build financial model to run financial analysis and sensitivity scenarios
  • Ensure good communication flows between M&A team and other stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Liaise with other support functions involved in a M&A project
  • Identify proactively potential issues / risks related to execution of a M&A project
  • Escalate timely project problems to Head of M&A
  • Followup actions / to do's related to M&A projects

Degree & Experience:

  • Master degree with focus on finance, business administration or economics
  • Minimum 3 5 years proven experience in M&A or Corporate Finance environment
  • Inhouse M&A within a large corporation is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects involving multidisciplinary teams

Technical skills:

  • Familiar with Office Tools : Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS Project and Powerpoint
  • Strong modelling and financial / accounting skills
