Team/division description:

Product & Marketing Management Team ensure Toyota products in Europe are rightly contributing to the mobility company we aim to became and develop attractive and profitable European product and business portfolio.

At the same time, we aim to create inspiring one voice marketing strategies that make more and more people desiring a Toyota.

We also define and drive the implementation of Toyota's Marketing Strategies by actively engaging all TME Divisions and the National & Marketing Sales Companies (NMSCs)

Your responsibilities:

Assist divisional teams in planning and organizing events, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Coordinate all aspects of group travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Provide administrative support for Japan business trips, including booking travel, coordinating meetings, and managing logistics.
Update and maintain A3 documents for Japan trips, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Manage and track expenses related to events, group travel, and executive visits.
Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Fluent in English and Japanese, oral and written. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
