YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Overseeing and coordinating daytoday transport operations
• Implementing operational strategies and procedures
• Managing and mentoring a team of transport personnel
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams for seamless coordination
• Monitoring KPIs, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and legal requirements
• Managing relationships with vendors and thirdparty logistics providers
• Leading, coaching and developing the team through learning and continuous feedbacks
• Being responsible for achieving outofhours coverage, rotation, and permission targets to ensure a sustainable workflow
• Being a role model of Company's Purpose Promise and Values (PPV)

WHO YOU ARE:

• You hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• You're a master of transport and warehouse operations, with a keen eye for detail
• You thrive on managing and developing teams, bringing out the best in others
• Fluent English communication is second nature to you
