BOORTMALT is the world leader malting company with 3 million tonnes production capacity.

The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants. Boortmalt's expertise is widely acknowledged by brewers and distillers who rely on the supply of top quality barley malt.
The Boortmalt Group is a fully owned subsidiary of the agricultural and agribusiness cooperative Axereal. Our relationship with Axereal, Europe's largest grain cooperative, ensures us access to high quality barley year round.

Missions essentielles:

As Commercial Support, you will be part of the Global Sales Team. Together with an international environment, you will work on the day to day administration.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Commercial support

Creating sales quotes in collaboration with the Key Account Managers
Drafting contracts and updating the ERP system
Followup of contract execution EMEA within the ERP system
Provide monthly updates on execution planning in collaboration with logistics team and procurement
Share contract execution follow up with customers
Align customer forecast with our planning
Follow up intercompany transfers with the ERP system

Middle office management controls- Track existing sales agreements

Track customer coverage positions under Long Term Agreements
Follow up and document pricing levels
Ensure contract allocation between plants

Other admin tasks

In cooperation with Finance department:

Credit insurance administration
Payment follow up

Admin support for the Key Account Managers:

Filling in customer files
Certificate registration
Organize internal meetings & customer visits

Profil / Compétences requises
Master recherché*:

Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
2 years of experience in a commercial & international environment.
Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP is a plus (SAP or JDE)
You are customer friendly, structured and accurate
Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Experience with working in a team.
