Being a Financial Analyst at J&J

Being part of the Johnson & Johnson finance team will give you the opportunity to work in a passioned environment.

As a financial analyst in Belgium you can be assigned to various departments within the company.

These departments include but are not limited to the following:

Treasury: Fulfilling the role of J&J inhouse bank and in charge for the financing as well as the cash and risk management of the J&J affiliates. Also responsible for the settlements on behalf of the J&J affiliates worldwide as part of different Shared Services initiatives.
Janssen Business Services: being part of a finance team with a global scope, providing support to the principal companies which own the intellectual property rights of the Pharmaceutical product portfolio.
Finance Research & Development: being the Global centre of excellence for financial expertise within the Janssen Research & Development organization.
Hospital Medical Devices: being part of the MD Global Supply Chain, providing financial support to the European Trading and Distribution Company & Sourcing companies

Financial analyst will be given the opportunity to connect within the different departments and build on their international network. Trainings are given on a recurring basis.

Qualifications:

The expectations

You obtained a Master's degree and have a strong interest in finance
Less than two years of experience
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, to be able to balance a big picture orientation with attention to detail
A passion to drive innovative solutions which will eventually benefit patients
An inspiration to connect across functions in a global environment and to address business needs with an agile attitude
Energized by achieving results and solving problems, with a "can do" mindset and handson attitude
Proficient in English
