About the role
Etex is seeking a dynamic and motivated UX Intern to join our Global Digital Team.

The intern will work closely with our UX team, playing an integral role in transforming our digital projects from ideation and business strategy to UX design and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the process of preparing and launching new features, including defining requirements, UX design, writing acceptance criteria, and testing features to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Set up a proof of concept for Task Analytics, focusing on measuring the experience and usability of our websites.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking analysis of our websites and digital tools, comparing our digital performance with market leaders.
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits, identifying areas for improvement, and making actionable recommendations to enhance user experience.
  • Support the UX team in daytoday operations and management of ongoing digital projects.

About you

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Digital Marketing, UX Design, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
  • A keen interest in UX design, digital marketing, and business strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in basic digital tools and software.
