** Description
MAIN MISSION
**For one of our major clients, we are looking for a
Customer Service Manager: - Ensure the proper performance of the services sold to customers under our contracts. Research and implement corrective action plans to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Customer service manager
  • Support Key Account Managers in the management of customer contracts
  • Organize, coordinate and supervise all departmental activities
  • Coordinate the monitoring of customer complaints on a daily basis as well as their escalation to the KAM
  • Support to KAM in the management of customer contracts on an operational level
  • Contribute to the improvement of corrective and preventive actions implemented (Customer action plan, monitoring of malfunctions.)
  • Participate in client / operational meetings
  • Relay information between its customers and other departments
  • Contribute to the improvement of the performance and be proposal force
  • Manage interfaces between internal and external business partners
  • Initiate root cause analyses, know how to link data to root cause symptoms
  • Ensure that the staff is appropriate for the activity (recruitment, training, management, etc)
  • Set and monitor individual and collective objectives (annual maintenance)
  • Formulate the individual training needs necessary for the control of the function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 2/3 years with approximately 10 years of experience in a similar position
