ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You drive the implementation of the global HR Workday Roadmap for one of the three following HR workstreams: 1°) Total Rewards, Analytics, Workforce planning and HCM, 2°) L&D, Talent management, Performance management, 3°) Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • You ensure proper scoping, planning, delivery, reporting, and issue/risk management.
  • You are responsible for the functional analysis, technical design, solution testing & implementation, training, communication, and change management for your assigned HR workstream.
  • You operate at a global level in a matrix organization
  • You collaborate closely with Global HR BPOs, HR Centers of Excellence, and global HR Councils.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You are an experienced project/program manager with proven successful delivery in an international matrix environment.
  • You have already implemented Workday in one of the three workstreams mentioned above, ideally on a global scale.
  • You collaborate and communicate with various key stakeholders and have experience working with multilocation teams.
  • You are fluent in English with knowledge of French or Dutch.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: fulltime or 80%
  • Duration: 6 months, extension possible
  • Location: hybrid, Brussels
