The Car Logistics Employee is responsible for giving support to the Toyota/Lexus dealer network regarding everything that has to do with "Moving the metal".
In order to do this, the job consists of the following tasks:

Support internal colleagues with requests regarding Estimated Time of Arrival of ordered cars and where they already located
Follow up (fleet) orders in the ERP system
Have contact with Car Center in Bruges where cars are stocked
Administratively follow up on possible damage claims happened during transport

Profile

Bachelor degree or equal through experience,
juniors are more then welcome:
Bilingual French/Dutch
Quick learner with ERP systems
Communicative
Organised and able to set priorities
Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
