Your role


You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the bids and providing horizontal support to the Business Development team.

This is a role combining your attention to detail and knowledge alongside with your administrative skills. You will be required to demonstrate a combination of discipline, flexibility, and precision in all tasks.

Business Development Team coordination and support tasks:

  • Support bid managers during the expression of interest and proposals preparation process for international projects: supervision of administrative support following strict procurement procedures, contact with partners, experts and subcontractors, supervision of the administrative documents collection and analysis;
  • Quality control of expressions of interest (EOI) and proposals prepared within the unit;
  • Ensure that internal procedures and client procurement rules are followed across the unit's workflow
  • Continuously update the unit's pipeline and provide feedback to the BD Director.
  • Supporting horizontally the Business Development Managers in the analysis of projects at EOI and Proposal stages;
  • Working closely and supporting the BD Director in various other horizontal tasks related to the BD department.

Requirements:


  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills; ability to prioritize and excellent time management;
  • Professional, diplomatic and confident communicating at all levels within the organization and with external clients;
  • Ability to take initiative using own discretion and skills;
  • Computer literate: advanced use of MS Office:
  • Word and Power Point;
  • Excellent capacity to format and edit long Word documents;
  • Languages: fluent in English and good knowledge in French;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Rigorous, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Work ethics, enthusiastic, flexible and able to cope with multiple tasks.
The position will take place in our office in La Hulpe, Belgium and will start as soon as possible.
